The Clay House

I purchased this charming 1940’s home in Denver, Colorado. At the time (in 2022) the market was hitting it’s peak, and after months of getting outbid, I realized that my budget would limit me to finding a fixer to house hack. This 2 bd/1ba 850sf house had an awkward dining/storage room, bonus 150sf sunroom as well as an attached one-car garage which i noticed many of the neighbors had converted into living spaces.

To make the most of the property, we updated the kitchen and bathroom, transformed the dining room into a third bedroom, and converted the garage into a stylish studio loft. The result is now a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, with the sunroom becoming the standout feature of the space!
